Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all holiday packages, quotations, bookings and travel services provided by Make More Holidays. By making an enquiry, requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All holiday packages offered by Make More Holidays are customized based on the traveller’s preferences

A booking is considered confirmed only after:
  • Receipt of the required booking payment.
  • Written confirmation from Make More Holidays.
  • Availability confirmation from our travel partners.

Hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing tours and other travel services remain subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.

2. Prices & Validity

Package prices are calculated based on the travel dates, number of passengers, exchange rates and supplier costs applicable at the time of quotation.

Prices may change before booking confirmation due to:
  • Airline fare revisions
  • Hotel availability
  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Government taxes
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Supplier price updates

Once your booking is confirmed, no additional charges will apply unless the traveller requests changes to the confirmed booking or such charges are imposed by airlines, hotels, government authorities, or other service providers beyond the reasonable control of Make More Holidays.

3. Payment Policy

Our standard payment schedule is:
  • 30% Advance Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. If flights are booked through us, 100% flight payment will be required for the issuance of air tickets.
  • Balance payment as per the payment schedule shared with your quotation and before ticket issuance or supplier deadlines.

Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of reserved services and additional charges for rebooking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.

Our standard cancellation policy is:
Cancellation Before Departure Cancellation Charges
45 Days or More 25% of Package Cost
30–44 Days 50% of package cost
15–29 Days 75% of package cost
Less than 15 days / No Show 100% of package cost
Please note:
  • Flight tickets are subject to individual airline cancellation rules.
  • Certain hotels, cruises, ferries, rail passes and special experiences may be completely non-refundable.
  • Visa fees, insurance premiums and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving refunds from suppliers and may take approximately 15–21 working days.

5. Changes to Booking

Requests for changes to travel dates, passenger names, hotels, destinations or other arrangements are subject to supplier approval and availability.

Any additional costs, fare differences or amendment charges imposed by airlines, hotels or other suppliers shall be payable by the traveller.

6. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

All travellers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid and complete travel documents before the commencement of their journey. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Valid Passport
  • Required Visas
  • Immigration & Entry Documents
  • Health Declarations or Vaccination Certificates (where applicable)

Make More Holidays provides visa assistance as a support service only. The approval, rejection, processing time, or issuance of any visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority. Make More Holidays shall not be held liable for any visa refusal, delay, or any losses arising from such decisions.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for many Schengen destinations. Where required, Make More Holidays can arrange travel insurance as part of your holiday package or as an additional service, as specified in your quotation or booking confirmation.

Travellers who already possess a valid travel insurance policy meeting the destination's visa and travel requirements may use their own insurance, subject to its validity and adequacy.

Make More Holidays shall not be held liable for any loss, expense, or claim arising from inadequate, expired, or invalid travel insurance provided by the traveller.

8. Flights, Hotels & Service Providers

Make More Holidays works with carefully selected airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, and local tour operators. These services are operated independently by the respective service providers.

We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, baggage loss, missed connections, or any operational changes made by these service providers.

Where reasonably possible, our team will assist travellers in coordinating with the respective service provider; however, the final resolution shall remain subject to their policies and decisions.

9. Changes by Make More Holidays

Occasionally, changes may become necessary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, local regulations or supplier availability.

In such situations, Make More Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transport or sightseeing arrangements with an equivalent alternative wherever reasonably possible.

10. Traveller Responsibilities

Every traveller is responsible for providing accurate personal and passport information, carrying valid travel documents throughout the journey, arriving on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities, complying with all applicable local laws and destination regulations, and adhering to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Any loss, additional expense, delay, or inconvenience arising from incorrect information, failure to carry valid travel documents, late arrival, or non-compliance with travel requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller.

11. Limitation of Liability

Make More Holidays acts solely as a travel planner and booking facilitator. We shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, injury, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including actions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service providers, flight disruptions, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, border closures, political events, force majeure events, or the visibility of the Northern Lights, which can never be guaranteed.

Where liability is established under applicable law, it shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Make More Holidays for the affected service only.

12. Force Majeure

Make More Holidays shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, border closures, or other force majeure events.

Any refunds, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements in such circumstances shall be subject to the terms and policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including itineraries, package designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Make More Holidays and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Make More Holidays.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Make More Holidays shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
